Your garden must be 50msq for our one bed design, so it fits comfortably and meets current regulations.
What kind of foundation do I need?
Most of our units require a concrete base.
Are electrics & plumbing included?
Yes - All of our units come pre-wired with standard sockets and lighting as well as internal plumbing fixtures.
Can I customize the layout & finish?
Yes of course. We offer a wide range of finishes, colours and layout options, and also exterior cladding and flooring options.
How long is the process from design to installation?
Once sale is agreed it is typically within 16 weeks.
