Our Foundation
We're a family-run business built on a simple belief — everyone deserves a home they can afford to live in.
Modular Foundations started when we watched the people around us struggle to find housing that didn't break the bank. Young families, remote workers, first-time buyers — all priced out of a market that stopped making sense.
So we set out to do something about it.
We sell sustainable, customisable homes at a fair price. Each one designed around how you actually live — whether that's a home office, room to grow, or just a space that finally feels like yours.
No compromises. No hidden costs.
Just an honest home for the next generation.
